Triage Medical Kits

Rescuers can now treat immediate patients during those critical minutes before additional MCI resources arrive. Designed for multi-casualty incidents or disaster situations, the Tx4 and Tx8 Triage Medical Kits contain the essential treatment supplies for on-scene treatment of those critical patients. The key kit components are the new color-coded, heat-sealed Triage Medical Packs intended for single-patient use in the treatment of “Immediate” level patients who are experiencing a critical airway and/or bleeding emergency.

The Tx4 Triage Medical Kit includes 2 Triage Airway Packs and 2 Triage Bleeding Packs. The Tx8 kit includes 4 Triage Airway Packs and 4 Triage Bleeding Packs. Both kits contain a pair of medic shears and a permanent marker, plus additional pockets for your specific triage tags, extra gloves and a tourniquet, if so desired. The clear front pocket can be utilized for a quick reference triage flowchart or for your emergency vehicle identification information. When faced with multicasualty incidents and disaster situations, these Triage Medical Packs address the current gap between initial triage and treatment of immediate category patients.
